Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is located on Neilson Street, not in Albany, which was misleading. It's great for working at Rutgers University and walking to the city center. The room didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the location and felt underwhelming in comparison. However, the bathroom decor was eventually fixed, and although facing the road and next to the emergency exit door, it is just off the main road.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable, but unfortunately not as quiet as I would have liked. The service was very helpful, and the staff was friendly and informative. The location was good, close to the J & J Headquarters and Rutgers College Ave Campus, but I would not recommend staying here or hosting an event. The dining was average, nothing spectacular. Overall, a decent choice if you don't mind some noise.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but need updating, and the noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome. The service, however, was superb. The location was both inconvenient and amazing, depending on the purpose of the visit. Dining was excellent but pricey.
